Refund Policy

• You are charged only when a Report completes successfully. Failed Reports are never charged.
• If a Report finds no buildings on the correct property, or clearly measured the wrong location, contact us within [14] days with the Report link and we will refund it.
• Reports are approximate by design (see the Terms). Differences between the footprint estimate and other measurements (appraisals, tax records, floor area) are not by themselves grounds for a refund.
• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
