1. The service

Propdiagram.com ("we", "us") provides a web tool that estimates the ground footprint of buildings on a property from machine-detected building outlines and produces a diagram and a downloadable schedule (the "Report"). By creating an account or running a Report you agree to these Terms.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

Reports show footprint area only (ground-level outline seen from above). They do not measure additional stories, basements, interior space or gross floor area. Building outlines are derived by machine learning from aerial imagery and may be outdated, shifted, merged, split or missing, and dimensions are typically accurate only to within several feet. When no parcel boundary is supplied, buildings on neighboring properties may be included. A Report is not an appraisal, survey, inspection, or insurance valuation and must not be relied on as one. You are responsible for verifying results before using them for underwriting, permits, valuation, construction, or any other decision.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Pricing and payment

Each successful Report is charged at the price shown next to the Run button at the time you run it (currently $9.99), plus any applicable tax. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your saved payment method for each successful Report. Reports that fail to complete are not charged. If a charge is declined, the Report stays locked and new Reports are paused until payment succeeds. Renaming buildings and re-downloading a paid Report are free.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including automated bulk querying, reselling raw data, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the service.

6. Data sources

Reports are built from third-party data, including building outlines derived from aerial imagery and county tax parcel maps. Lot lines are tax parcel lines, not legal boundaries or surveys, and all dimensions and areas are approximate. Third-party data is provided without warranty.

7. Limitation of liability
