What we collect

• Account: your email address and login details, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Payment: card details are collected and stored by Stripe. We store only Stripe reference IDs, report IDs, amounts and payment status. We never see or store your card number.
• Reports: the addresses you enter, any parcel file you upload, the building names you type, and the resulting diagrams and measurements.
• Technical: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To run and deliver your Reports, bill you, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the service. Addresses are sent to our geocoding provider (Geocodio) to find their location; results are cached.
