A numbered site diagram (plot plan) with building dimensions and square footage, in about a minute. Pay per report or subscribe monthly. No sales call, no contract.
Everything a basic property diagram needs, and nothing you have to pay extra for.
Type a street address and get a scaled, numbered diagram of the buildings, with adjacent streets, a north arrow and a scale bar.
Length, width and 1st-floor square footage for every building. Mark multi-story buildings and add the upper-floor square footage yourself.
Lot lines, lot size and acreage are added automatically where county parcel maps are available.
Move a wall, redraw a building, remove one that isn't part of the risk, or measure any distance on the aerial view. Name each building and mark it ACV, RCV or N/C.
Place gas, diesel and propane tanks and outdoor wood boilers on the diagram, each with its distance to the nearest building.
Download a PDF with the building schedule, an aerial view and the full-page diagram. Edits and re-downloads are free.
PropDiagram is not meant to be the comprehensive, expensive property-intelligence platform. Those products are built for carriers that want ultra-high-resolution imagery, roof-condition scores and peril models across a whole book of business, and they are priced and sold that way.
PropDiagram is the cost-effective, fast and accurate option for the basic need that comes up every day: a clear diagram of what is on the property and how big it is. It is made for property insurance agents, underwriters and loss control staff who need a diagram for the file today, not a data contract.
The best-known aerial property products solve a bigger, more expensive problem.

Competitor information comes from each company's own website or announcements, and one independent review, as listed below. Checked October 2026. Their products and prices change; check with them for current details.
The premium imagery companies fly their own aircraft to capture very high-resolution photos, and they concentrate those flights where most people live. EagleView reports property coverage for 94% of the U.S. population4 and Nearmap 88.5%5. That is the population footprint, but a significantly smaller footprint of the land: farms, rural businesses and small-town properties are the ones most likely to fall outside it.
For example, roughly 8.5 million people live in New York City, in an area that comprises only 300 square miles. The State of Wyoming has 590,000 people, spread over nearly 98,000 square miles. We offer imagery wherever the property is, not just population centers.
PropDiagram is built on databases of aerial imagery, which photograph the entire lower 48 states, rural land included, together with nationwide building outline data. The photos are lower resolution than a premium flight, which is why every outline can be adjusted to your own field measurements. You will find that most building measurements are reasonably accurate for a simple property diagram. Other services sell high-resolution products intended to base material pricing for claims adjusting purposes.
Where reports are available today: PropDiagram currently runs reports for addresses in all of the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska and Hawaii are not available yet. Property boundary availability varies by state and local municipality.
